Your Package will be sent to your door by courier: we use the services of EMS . Upon shipment, you will receive an email message with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress or your purchase at any time, on the shipping company’s website. You will also receive from our order tracking officer, a regular email update on the status of your shipment until its receipt.
All of our shoes are carefully packaged by our shipping department clerks prior to cargo pick up by our shipping agent. Indeed, it is one thing to manufacture perfect imitations, but it is another one to get them delivered to clients in perfect condition!

Return policy :
all exchanges can be accepted within 7days of receiving shoes,
if the shoes dont fit you to wear, we accept you exchange another size, but the return shipping fee you need to pay, besides, you also need to pay 20usd to us as we resend shipping fee, tks, once i received the shoes you return, i will resend the shoes to you again with another size you want,
if you want to return the shoes to us and get a refund, we don’t supply full refund, we should charge you 15% of your money as the process fee,left money we will refund you back, tks , besides ,the return shipping fee you also need to pay, tks again
